Bank closed

Discovery is not the bank you think it is. I have been a customer of Discovery for many years. They know very well how I use my account because sometimes they would call to confirm transactions . All of a sudden I wake up trying to do a transaction but my account was blocked due to suspected ***** I tried to beg them to unlock it but they told me they won't. The account has a balance of R1500 which they also refuse to let me withdraw now they are ignoring me not even giving me feedback they pretend to be giving me feedback only here on hello Peter but they don't do nothing.
