Bank ***** and no feedback

Recently i was hijacked and ****** and ended up losing my phone and cards… shortly after i contacted the bank as payments were taken out of my account. The whole case was opened and since then ive been calling every day and no feedback has been given, this is the most unprofessional service i have ever been given. The amount was alot and here im begging them to even help me with the case. Everyday i get told an investigator will call me and get back to me but its been over a week and nothing
