Bank acting as *****sters
I am pre-approved for a loan, which I urgently needs, via Clearscore. I requested call backs from Discovery 4 times already. Someone keeps phoning me from a 079 and a 076 cellphone number, insisting that they are from the Discovery call centre. It is against the Numbering Plan Regulation of 2016 for a call centre to use cellphone numbers. How in the world does a registered corporate bank expect me to give my personal details out to a stranger who phones me from *** / *** or ***? This is extremely concerning and unprofessional.
