Discovery bank put my account under suspension for a *****ulent claim. I provided all proof, even the conversation of the amount in question where the claimant notifies me that she paid money in my account and i should check my bank for the funds and confirm them. Now the same person turned on me and initiated a charge back claim with their bank. I can't wait forever to have access to my own money. I need the funds i deposited in my account today, otherwise they must close the account and reimburse me. I had the same incident with FNB, after providing them with proof they took less than 12 hours and unlocked my account the next day. I want my money, Discovery bank has the worst service. My child's creche should have been paid yesterday, with my money in there i have no way to pay. My child is at home because i haven't paid the school because they are holding my funds, with all the proof of the transactions that i presented.
