i recently moved over to discovery bank(small business and salary) on the sign up call it was explained to me that they will use some geo location sh#% to access my location bare in mind i was at home while doing this, not once was i asked or told that if i load my proof of address on the banking app will it take 48hr for fica approval (which i know is required) they called me yesterday to walk me through the process(at the time i was driving) but the app is simple enough use so i uploaded the proof of address. then i deposited a R150 into the account to check if it is active because all my clients will be depositing here for the first time as well as my salary will go into this account, okay so the money will come into the account at this point however there is nothing i can do, i cant transfer it or draw money and i am currently out of town and i need this card or at least to be able to do a transfer, when i called them (three times) the first lady was nice she said she would escalate it and i should check after 3, i checked and there was nothing happening, i then called again and was put on hold for almost 30min just for the call to be dropped, i then called back a third time to be told by another lady at 15:15 that it would take 24hours SO I SHOULD GET FEEDBACK TODAY how does this even make sense. anyway im not happy at all 1st month and already there are problems
