Band customer service

I went to withdraw money from an FNB ATM on the 30th of April, the money didn't come out and discovery said they will sort of out in 7 working days. It's been well over a month now and I have to keep calling them with one agent giving me a different story on the matter. This is very disappointing from this bank and I'm at the verge of closing it. I have never had this kind of problem with my other bank 👎🏾
