Bad service with bank verification

I had a bad experience with this bank. From the 27 of February 2024 I have been requesting them to send me back the verification documents that I have send to them just for them to confirm that I don't bank with them Till today I have not yet received back my documents and I will call. Them everyday and they will say that they will email them before the end of the day and they don't even care whether they email them or not

I just wonder how people who bank with them go through.
