bad service with bad response

Ref ***, never received any statement as asked for. I am in arrears because discovery takes R8 everytime I do exactly what they told me to do, I get imbarrest everytime I must get a unsufficient funds message before a manual masjien will be asked for, no one told me that you take R8 because my card doest work like it is suppose to. My account is in arrears because discovery just takes money and dont give service.
