Bad SERVICE , THEFT

Unauthorised debits and explenations given contridicts what they in fact did.

I was on hold for almost 45 minutes trying to resolve an issue with regards to bank fees being deducted prior to payday and putting my account in a negative.

The supervisor could not even explain why this got deducted on 21 of each month when my account was opened on the 27th of the month.

They are *****ing your money with out you realizing because we generally do not note the interest charged when the deduction of monthly fees goes off.

I am transferring my money to a different bank.
