Bad Service Requesting For Bank Statements
You would think that discovery makes your banking needs easier but I have to now wait for an entire 48hrs just to receive my bank statement even in an urgent matter. Like why am I supposed to request my bank statement from a specific day to date? if you claim you making banking easier. makes me regret using this bank :(.Very sad client...

Thanks for reaching out.
To easily access your statements, log into your Bank app, select "more" and scroll down to where it says "statements"
If you're looking for a certain date that is not on the generated statements, I'll ask our letter's department to have it sent out to you soon

To easily access your statements, log into your Bank app, select "more" and scroll down to where it says "statements"
