BAD SERVICE- NO RESPONSE-KEPT ON HOLD FOR ALMOST 30MIN
Ref no: ***6 Bad service at Discovery Bank just to get confirmation that myself and my husband do not have active bank accounts we have to beg and plead spoke to 4 different consultants who advised that they have received my email request and the matter has been escalated. The consultants that I spoke to put me on hold for more than 15-30 minutes then I eventually hang up. I humbly asked them to please send back email latest today 26/02/2025 as I need to submit them by 27/02/2025 This is ridiculous I WILL NEVER CONSIDER JOINING DISCOVERY BANK ESPECIALLY NOW THAT THEY SHOWN HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS TO EVEN THINK THEY CALLED ME TWICE END OF JAN 2025 WANTING ME TO JOIN.
