Bad service from discovery bank

This is the worst bank that I have ever had in my life, I would not encourage any friend or family to join this. I wanted to buy a voucher 9 days ago, and it was duplicated, leaving my bank balance negative balance of R1972 even though they keep on telling me that the other party hasn't responded to their email. How so? I am so disappointed.
