Bad service from Discovery Bank

From the 2nd of August I have been trying to reach Discovery Bank per phone. The longest I kept the phone ringing was FOURTEEN MINUTES. Altogether the phone was ringing for more than fifty minutes.....no answer. Four emails to them is still unanswered. Switching to Discovery Bank will be catastrophic. Arno Scheepers
