Bad Service

I have been trying to open a discovery bank account from Tuesday 04 February 20220! since i had a discovery medical aid in 2008, since then i had changed company, email address and contact number I am not able to access the discovery website nor the app with the current details! Discovery IT has been telling their will call me to help change those details till today! Mind you I have been calling them with my cellphone... This is not on, I don't know maybe it's a sign that I should join this bank.... no one has called me back till noww
