Bad service at Discovery lounge

We had a terrible experience at the Discovery International Airport lounge. Food is never labeled to indicate vegetarian or meat dishes. Staff are rude and arrogant. Service at the Beverage counter was so bad. I waited 15 minutes to be served with a cold Americano. The food for vegetarians is limited to cold salads and when you request for some warm options the staff ignore you completely. My lounge excess i had to pay for because I used up my complimentary access. I paid R300.00 Each for 2 persons. The Manager of the lounge could not care less of our complaints or requests. I would not recommend Discovery international lounge to anyone.
