Bad service App and Call

What ever you do. Stay away from this bank. I requested my 3 months bank statement 3 hours ago, still I haven't received it. They will tel you about Tat of 24 hours. How the heck is one suppose to wait 24 hours before getting this? Rather get a bank where you can just walk into a Branch or Atm to get these statements. Discovery has good marketing PR but when it comes to delivery, they fail. I've moved my Salary from this month to a better company like Absa, people who take their customers serious. They also have a Debi check system in place, something very important when applying for credit. I'm canceling vitality and everything Discovery related. Too ridiculous. ****** buainess going on.
