BAD SERVICE

I got a call from Aliyah the manager Discovery on the 11 February 2025 around 8 am. She promised to send me an email soi that she can escalate the matter to credit section of Discovery Bank i'm still waiting. Now my account is closed . I just don't know how does Discovery work with clients if this is how they deal with issues. She's bad she doesn't even come back and give feedback regarding the matters. ive waited from Tuesday till today. No difference between her and Nhlanhla.
