Bad service

Forced my discovery credit card to be migrated to the bank side. They opened 2 accounts during migration by accident instead of one and charging me fees on both, after a massive back and forth they still run a DO even though the accounts were closed as a result of being gatvol. The closure has was done in April but a month after I found out they didn't close the accounts even though they emailed to confirm it's closed . They are a useless bunch and don't communicate with their clients or between departments. I don't recommend doing business with them. save yourself the countless phonecalls and time you will waste.
