Bad service

So i have send through forms to be stamped 3 weeks ago, i still havent recieved them back. The forms just need to be stamped to say I dont have a bank account with discovery but yes no one gets back to me. I have spoken to 5 people there over the phone and send the email like 6 times already. 3 people have esculated it and still nothing....... So yes guess its only important when you bank with them
