Bad service

Been up and down with them from the 7th of May 2025 regarding a late estate account, those people know how to make a fool out of a person they said I should go to court and ask for a letter that they don’t even know the name of it themselves since the letter of authority has been provided, now when I call no one wants to speak to me. I spoke to Nomzamo the last time and she instructed me to go to the court when I got to the court the lady who was assisting me asked me call them so they explain what letter are they looking for exactly and they told me everyone is on a meeting no one is there to assist ,when I started raising my voice and being angry people were no longer on a meeting they were able to speak to me. when I get hold of Nomzamo she said it’s not their problem that the court couldn’t help me, how when they are the one who sent me there and they are the one who failed to get to someone to speak to the person who was assisting me by the court ? I recorded the calls as well.
