BAD SERVICE
I have been trying to get hold of you for 3 days!!!!!! I seriously do not have the time to hang on for over 10 minutes while a machine talks to you. I have pressed 1 for you to call back STILL WAITING. Amazing you can contact 10 times a day when you're trying to sell me something but when I need to cancel something not a person around.
