Bad IT and, Bad Service Overall
I've been with Discovery for over a year with various products including. Medical aid, Investment plan and, savings account. I improved my credit score from 541 to 600 and now 596. The average score for my area is 593. I've settled most of my debt so my score can improve and, I can be able to afford a credit card to be able to utilize my Vitality benefits to the maximum. Every time I apply, they decline. One colleague of mine had a score below mine October, she app**** for a credit card and, was approved. Why should I be with Discovery when their whole system is Failing? I regret leaving Nedbank, this should never have happened. I went to Discovery thinking they will make my life better since I'm active... Yet I've never seen those rewards, I pay a lot of money for such poor service. If I was to advise you people, don't fall for a trap of benefits to better your life, it's cheaper to cancel vitality, medical aid and, banking with them. Save your efforts guys, ignore this... When you have problems with them, come back here... Remember what I wrote. This company receives bad reviews daily, ask yourself why!. I've never been sore annoyed with a company but, it's sickening that this company fails to deliver to the standards they set. Better to bank with someone you know you can walk to their offices anytime. When you call, they will send you from Pillar to Post without resolving anything. Stay away from such a company, I beg. I'd hate to see someone hurt from the same experience as mine.
You would've received a decline reason through the banking app as to why we can't grant you credit. It takes more than just a good credit score to qualify.
I can get the reasoning from the Credit Department and send it to you again if you didn't receive it the first time?
You also mentioned that our IT system is failing but you never mentioned what exactly it was that failed. Please let me know so I can address it accordingly.

AJ
