Bad Discovery Bank

So unhappy with the transition fron FNB to Discovery bank. It just doesn't work. I cant withdraw money, other banks charge R49.50 per atm withdrawal because Discovery bank doesnt have atm’s? I tried to withdraw and it just says error. I phined Discovery bank held on for 15 minutes and still no one helped me.
