Bad customer service

I think it would have been more helpfull at the beginning stages of my application to know all info regarding self employed people, that way I would have been spared a trip to the bank, a day on contacting sars with no success might I add. All because things such as no atm deposits dont count as an income according to discovery. Fully equip your consultants to inform us self employed people that if our clients are paying into our bank accounts manually its doesn't count as an income according to "discovery" instead you chose to make me jump through hoops before informing me of this here nonsense. It's disgusting really!!
