BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Discovery bank does not care about its customers. I have been trying to call , chat on WhatsApp but failing to get a hold of the agents! I have been trying to check why the debicheck is not working!!!

27 Feb 2026, 15:16If it does show as online they should be able to send a Debit order mandate to your registered Discovery bank app for you to approve.

27 Feb 2026, 16:01The mandate has to come from the service provider and then through to the bank, we cannot initiate it from our side.
Your case has now been handed over to our executive relationship manager who will reach out to you directly to assist with your complaint.
