BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD, WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR AS LONG AS MORE THAN 2 HOURS. Tried in-app calling and used all my airtime to call and still no assistance. “available 24/7” they say. I’m honestly beyond frustrated.
