Sent complaints emails in Since earlier in the month till today no one in complaints department has called me after many requests to consultants to escalate the matter but they ignored me. been promised that they will forward the sales call till today I haven't received what is Discovery Card hiding. They have rude consultants who are not willing to assist but response without any findings. Would not recommend that division of Discovery and FNB to any one
