Bad attitude and Disgusting service

Received a call from Jaco Thompson from Discovery Card regarding a complaint a lodged on this site yesterday. The service that I received was quite alarming. Jaco made a comment in a very condescending manner which was also insulting. I requested documents from him, which were promised immediately but were never sent through. He also promised that the issue raised was sorted out. However, this has not been corrected as yet. I also requested details to email the head of Discovery Card however I was told that her work email address is private Really poor service from Discovery Card.
