Bad attitude
I have been trying for the past 2 years to get a Discovery bank or Credit card to enjoy travel benefits. It seems impossible to do so.
This morning I got a call from Nosipho, who is very arrogant. Please listen to the call.
When I questioned her she ended the call very abruptly.
Is this how you treat potential clients?
