Bad application experience
On my third day after my application for a simple credit card I still get notifications that I have to upload the same documents I have previously uploaded. After talking with the call centre three times, all they can tell me is that my application is under investigation. They can't tell me what is wrong, and also refuse to find out what information is needed to complete my application. Really bad experience to be honest.
