Awful service
Awful service I have ever experienced I have been trying to get my cell number updated in order to be able to retrieve my pin on their website for a couple of months ow even did a form and I phoned yesterday morning to have my pin read out i wa told it takes 2 working days and I phoned today still don’t have a pin or my cell phone updated in order to do the otp online I am disappointed and disgusted with the service I received or rather still have not received

As per our conversation your OTP details have been successfully updated. Please note that PIN reads cannot be done immediately as the system can only generate new PIN codes overnight.
