Awful, awful service- none existent and woeful compliance

Awful,awful service!!!!!! ***** case opened 2 months ago and email received to say they will respond in 72 hours. I’m still waiting. I called the ***** number numerous times (you can wait 20-30 minutes), only once did someone answer the phone. They said they would get someone to investigate and will revert - 1 month later I’m still waiting!!! Don’t join this bank! If you need even the basic level of support there is none! Complete non compliance to their own protocols too.
