Awesome concept. Horrific execution.

Discovery clearly rushed the launch of this product. I wrote an email expressing my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication from Discovery. Thereafter, I received what was clearly an automated, copy and paste email from the CEO. However, I thanked him for his email and explained why I was unhappy, but that I was still keen to joining Discovery Bank. 9 days later and no response. I then sent another email asking why the CEO reached out to me if he had no intention of fixing the issue or even replying to my email. Long story short, Discovery are clearly not ready to operate in this space. They charge the highest fees of all the banks and deliver the worst service. I would not recommend anyone switches to Discovery Bank.
