Avoid Discovery Bank!!!! Very Bad Client Service Ever

Avoid this bank at all costs! Their client service is abysmal, and they seem to have no respect for their clients' time. My banking app has been down for weeks, and despite numerous calls, I'm getting nowhere. Every time I call, they claim to have escalated the issue, but nothing changes.

Then finally I spoke to team leader and she also said she escalated my issue but nothing changed. She claimed that I will be assisted and she will give feedback to me the same day yet I am still waiting. It's clear they're not taking their customers seriously. I'm fed up and think I will be closing my account to take my business elsewhere. This experience has been a nightmare and l regret ever banking with them.
