AVOID DISCOVERY BANK at all cost

I have always been a huge fan of Discovery Health and Discovery Insure. So much that I moved all my personal insurance to Discovery and am in the process of moving my business insurance to Discovery. All that said, Discovery Bank is most probably the most inept, unprofessional, unreliable company I ever encountered. And that is not being dramatic! For instance, it is possible to sign into your account online, but it is of no practical use as you cannot perform any functions. One must download the App on your phone or tablet, but it is totally impossible to log into your account on the App. I have spent hours on the phone trying to speak to someone that may be vaguely interested to assist, sent various email messages, but there is absolutely zero service and just automated replies to emails. My suggestion is: STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM DISCOVERY BANK AS POSSIBLE!
