as usuall *****ing from clients (EX CLIENT)
i requested my account be closed at the end of may already
the account was paid up infact overpaid by the end of June now suddenly i get an sms saying there are restrictions on my account because i have not paid the amount outstanding
they really are becoming ridiculous and continue to ***** from even people who are no longer clients.

06 Aug 2020, 15:25i also tried calling them on the supposed number they give to try and rectify thiss issue i have made 2 calls spoken with 3 people and been cut off or the line gone dead 2 x

Your are still charging me for a transactional account that i did not ask for and you are still charging me on a monthly basis for an account i requested be closed in may
this is pathetic i will not pay you another cent and i will lay a charge of theft if i have to or i will get advice from a lawyer and sue the pants off oc discovery bank
I received anothe request to pay 2 days ago by sms
STOP PAYING LIP SERVICE AND DO SOMETHING I AM NOT PAYING YOU ANOTHER CENT

27 Aug 2020, 10:52i am still waiting for this account to be closed since may, i even made sure that by the end of June everything was paid in full and over paid incase there was anything else that was outstanding it is now the end of august i have not had a mail or a call.
They keep sending me messages that i owe them money but i never receive a call they say they are trying to call me but i have never received a call
I have logged a dispute with the payment as i refuse to pay you another cent
I have spoken with a lawyer and you will be receiving a letter if this is not cleared by the end of august
