as usual bullying tactics from discovery card

So I receive a message telling me my discovery card will be frozen on the 18 th August because i have not sent FICA documents ,<br> Clear indication of the rude and brash nature of discovery card , lacking guile and insight in customer service !<br> <br> So I must feel threatened and scurry to give them documents like a school kid under the kosh,<br> <br> Please discovery answer this , will you also freeze yourself from taking an instalment from my account ? tThats waht freezing an account means or do you make an exception to take instalments ??
