Appnot working app is down

I have been having issues just to log in my app for pqdt 3 days, it accepts password then has errors. Please dont tell me to reboot, reinstall, troubleshoot shoot ive done all of it before writing this. Judging from recent review of people experiencing same issue that means something is wrong from the banks server side because all my other 3 banks work just fine. When will this resolve because I need eed to acess my funds urgently it is frustrating
