App**** for Card in September , still nothing

I app**** for the card in September and sent in my documents. At some point I was told that my application has been approved and that they just need to send me a quote, I never received the quote. I then phoned FNB credit card division (who handles this on behalf of Discovery) and I've phoned discovery Credit card division several times just to hear excuses. FNB blames Discovery credit card and Discovery blames FNB. Apparently my application has been cancelled on their system and they wanted me to apply again. I told them I'm not going to apply again its not my problem they lost and cancelled my application. i've phoned several times a week for the past month and nobody can help me.<br> <br> Both the FNB and Discovery call center people have promised to call me back and follow up , I havn't had any calls that helped, I only had a call once to say that an official complaint has been helped , but that doesn't help me.<br> <br> All I have is a Reference number from FNB: 887015NF.<br> <br> Should I beg you people to take me as a client? This thing usually takes 7 working days.<br> I don't know what to do anymore I'm so frustrated.<br> Thanks.
