Application taking forever,

I have app**** for a discovery card at the beginning of October and I just cant get this finalized. I have already cancelled my Diners Card, because of the Discovery card application. I keep calling and they ask me for additional documents which I have sent over and over again. I have tons of reference numbers and they keep telling me, a consultant will get back to you shortly. I even asked to speak to a manager and they told me he will call me in 30min, Im still waiting. Whats frustrating is that you constantly getting calls to offer you a credit card and when you finally agree, they take forever to get it sorted. I am going overseas next week and I have already cancelled my diners card. I desperately need to get this sorted please.
