Application process poor

To whom it may consern i am not happy at this moment i app**** for a transaction account because i heard by a couple of people you guys are better then other banks so i am leaving my bank to join discovery but already disappointed i app**** last week thursday and still no answer another person i work with app**** after me and has already received his card and his account is open so then this bank is just like the others apparently there are enough people at this bank because they clearly dont want other people every time i call all they say is we will escalate the app but no response just poor honestly
