Application is on standstill

Good day

I app**** om 19th of August and submitted my application and got pre agreement but i was told it should take 24 to 48 hours and that has past now.

I can't even login to my app because it shows

Congratulations you have submitted your application well notify you when your accounts are open.

Please advise
