Apple Watch/Vitality rewards

I app****, received and activated my discovery credit card for the sole purpose of buying the Vitality rewards Apple Watch program, my vitality rewards is active which I’m due to pay for it this month but nothing is working.

I called last week which I was advised that my query has been logged and they’ll get back to me, I went on their website to log another query 2 days ago and to this day I still have not received any feedback on both queries.

This is really unprofessional and a huge inconvenience to me because I’m practically forced to have their credit card because I want the Apple Watch but they seem to not be able to even provide me with that watch whilst the credit card accumulates daily to monthly interest and/or Admin fees.

Please urgently assist as I’m at a point of cancelling every single thing.
