Appalling Service Discovery Bank
It has been over a month trying to solve a reversal issue. The matter has been escalated a dozen times, to management level and I wonder if who ever the matter is being escalated to is sitting, Mars may Be🤔 In the mean time I am being charged interest on an amount that is supposed to be reversed. I am appalled my the service I am getting from Discovery Bank

The matter should have been solved by now, but I am having debit orders come off from my other account.
