Appalling customer service from Discovery Bank. Would NOT recommend.

Discovery Bank has been such a disappointment. I have been waiting since the 5th of August for a salary form to be stamped and emailed back to me. Since you a digital bank, things like this really shouldn't take almost a month. I'm being sent from pillar to post every single day, wasting my airtime being on the line with them for hours on end. My request is simple, please get my salary transfer form stamped and emailed back to me. The last person who helped me (Kgoporang) said I would get this back ASAP, still nothing. This is so frustrating and absolutely appalling customer service. You need to do better Discovery!
