APPALING SERVICE - DISCOVERY BANK

APPALING SERVICE!!!!!! The worst service I have ever received from any service provider. I had an issue with my Discovery bank account since 30th October 2023 and to date I have called Discovery bank collections department 6 times and every time I speak to a different consultant and every single time they make promises that are never fulfilled. All of them have promised a clean up will happen on my account and this has not happened. EVERYTIME I call I have to explain the same thing to each of the different consultant and EVERYTIME each of them need to escalate to the team leader and EVERYTIME the team leader makes a promise that the account will escalated for a clean up and this has never happened.

One of them Bongiwe even went as far as telling me the issue on my account is solved and the changes will reflect on my account the following day and of course this was another empty promise.

I have had great and efficient service from other departments within Discovery Bank but the collections department has just *****ed this.
