App not user friendly at all

My Name is Bridgette Jones I have a continueds problem with Discovery Bank App It has quit a challenge ,every time I have to login with Username and Password and than it logs out my Password than I need to create nee passwords.can this be looked into and rectified Iam not sure how many of us your clients are faced with this problem
