Another week, same useless story with Discovery Bank.

My account is STILL locked today, despite me sending money as instructed. The funds reflect, yet Discovery continues to hold my account hostage. I cannot withdraw, I cannot buy airtime, I cannot transact — NOTHING.

They keep feeding me empty excuses like “wait for the system” or “a lock is in place.” How long does it take for a so-called modern digital bank to remove a lock? Minutes? Hours? No — DAYS. And still nothing is resolved.

This bank is unreliable, unprofessional, and completely ***********. Every interaction proves how little they value their clients. They block you without cause, drag their feet when fixing their own mistakes, and leave you stranded while your money is trapped in their system.

Discovery Bank is the biggest regret I’ve ever had in banking. If you’re considering opening an account, don’t do it — unless you enjoy being ignored, misled, and financially handcuffed by a bank that has no idea what it’s doing.

Absolute disgrace.
