Annoyed

Hellopeter. I am writing this to about my frustration with discovery bank, my friend sent me money because I borrowed money from her and discovery locked my account and I phoned them they told me that the person who can unlock it is the person who sent the money she needs to communicate with them through capitec since my she is using capitec and I asked her and now she went there twice still my account is still locked. Capitec advised us to complain to you maybe they will take us serious it's been long now, I even lost job because of them because the money was for me to relocate from durban to Johannesburg and now am stuck and to start paying the money as I promise. Discovery Bank they real let me down big time and another thing is they bother by calling back and am sick of this now. Please help me in this situation.
