Annoyed

I made an enquiry about a certain product. I asked the Agent Sipho to kindly contact me at 1pm as I am only available lunch.

okay cool we were able to make an application for that product on the time I asked to be contacted on this is on the 29th July.

on the 30 July I have been contact @1pm by the agent Sipho and spoke again with regards to the product which I know i have to do within 5 working days giving me enough time to process everything.

However the same day 30 July from 3pm I have been contacted 10 times (10 phone calls!!!!) and received multiple emails from Sipho and Terrance with regard to a product I have to respond to by the 04 Aug.

what upsets me the most is being contacted via Sipho's private contact number on whatsapp which is against the POPI act.

What kind of service is this where our privacy is not being protected!!!!
